Terms of Service: ASi Setups

1. Who we are. Drew Ponder, sole proprietor, Kalispell, Montana ("I", "me"), doing business as ASi Setups. You are the business or person buying a package ("you"). Effective when you complete checkout.

2. What you're buying. The package you chose (ASi Starter, ASi Full Setup or ASi Pro), as described on the pricing page on the day you bought it: ready-made bot templates from the catalog, Setup Briefs written from your intake form, a written setup guide, and, while your monthly plan is active, template updates, monthly written tune-ups, the stated number of change requests and email support. Everything is delivered by email and online links. There are no calls, meetings or screen-shares.

3. Not included. Everything on the "Not included" list on the pricing page, including: logging in to your accounts; custom work outside the catalog; manual posting, replying or listing; ads; websites; automation that breaks a platform's rules; and your Grok Bot plan or other tools.

4. Fees, trial and cancellation. The setup fee is charged at checkout. Your monthly plan starts after a 14-day trial and renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime by replying "cancel" to any ASi email (or emailing drewponder@live.com); the plan stops at the end of the paid month and you won't be charged again. Payment that fails after Stripe's retries ends the plan. Your Grok Bot plan and any other tools are billed to you directly by those providers and are not part of my fees; I never buy, resell, mark up or pay for them.

5. Refunds. The setup fee is fully refundable until your bot pack is delivered. After delivery, refund requests are reviewed personally and case by case. The current month of a monthly plan isn't refunded. Refunds for your Grok Bot plan are between you and the provider.

6. Your responsibilities. You create, own and pay for your own Grok Bot account and every other account and tool, in your name; you sign in yourself; you review and approve drafts before they're sent or published; you set your own approval rules and spending limits; you give accurate information; and you follow each platform's rules.

7. Ownership and access. Each bot you add is your own copy on your own account, and everything your bots create is yours. I don't receive access to your Grok Bot account, your other accounts, your logins or your chats. Never send me passwords, sign-in codes or card details; if you do, I won't use them and will ask you to change them.

8. No guarantees. I don't guarantee followers, engagement, views, sales, leads or revenue. Bots can make mistakes, which is why important actions wait for your approval. Platform rules, pricing, outages and account actions by platforms or providers are outside my control.

9. Acceptable use. No spam, fake engagement, deceptive, harassing or illegal content, and no regulated (medical, legal, financial) content without your own qualified professional approving it. I can refuse or stop any request that breaks platform rules or the law.

10. Data. I collect only your intake answers, order details and anything you choose to email or CC me (such as aggregate weekly report numbers). Don't send your customers' personal data. I delete my copies 30 days after your plan ends unless you ask otherwise. Email replies are handled by my ASi assistant, and anything it can't handle comes to me.

11. Third-party terms. Grok Bot, Stripe and every platform you connect have their own terms. Adding a shared bot template means accepting the provider's third-party bot terms shown at that time.

12. Liability. My total liability is limited to the fees you paid me in the 3 months before the claim. I'm not liable for lost profits or for actions taken by platforms or providers.

13. Testimonials. I'll share your name, words or results only with your written OK (required for the founding price).

14. Changes. I may update these Terms for future purchases and renewals; I'll email active clients at least 14 days before a change affects them.

15. Law. Montana.
