Privacy: ASi Setups
Who: Drew Ponder, sole proprietor, Kalispell, Montana, doing business as ASi Setups. Contact: drewponder@live.com (subject "[ASi] privacy").
What I collect: your name, email, business name and the answers you give in the intake and change-request forms; order and billing status from Stripe (Stripe handles your card; I never see the full card number); emails you send me; and, only if you choose the Weekly Report CC, aggregate weekly numbers (no customer names or messages).
What I never collect: passwords, sign-in codes, recovery codes, card numbers, or access to your Grok Bot account or any other account. If you send one by mistake, I won't use it and I'll ask you to change it.
How I use it: to deliver your bot pack and Setup Briefs, send onboarding, check-in, tune-up, renewal and billing emails, answer your questions, and keep basic records. Emails are handled by my ASi assistant; anything it can't handle comes to me. I don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who else handles it: Stripe (payments), Tally (forms), Microsoft Outlook (email) and the Grok Bot service that runs my ASi assistant, each under their own privacy terms.
How long: I delete my copy of your intake answers and order records 30 days after your plan ends, unless you ask me to delete them sooner or the law requires keeping billing records longer.
Your choices: ask for a copy or deletion of your data, or stop the Weekly Report CC, anytime by email.
