Setup guide: add your ASi bots to your own Grok Bot account

Before you start: about 30–45 minutes, a Mac, Windows or Linux computer, and your own card. You do every sign-in yourself. Never send anyone your passwords, codes or card details, including me.

Step 1: Fill the intake form (about 10 minutes)

Just paid? Start here. Pick the form for the package you bought:

Starter intake form · Full Setup intake form · Pro intake form

Use the same email you used at checkout so we can match your order. Your bot pack arrives by email within 1 business day. Meanwhile, do Step 2. Never put passwords, sign-in codes or card numbers in the form.

Step 2: Get your own Grok Bot access (in your name, on your card)

Grok Bot signs in with a Cursor account; there's no separate Grok Bot login. Access comes with a paid Cursor plan or a linked SuperGrok / SuperGrok Plus / SuperGrok Heavy subscription (also X Premium+). Your recommended plan is in your welcome email. 1. If you're going the SuperGrok route, subscribe on x.ai with your own email and card (SuperGrok $30/mo or SuperGrok Plus $100/mo as of Oct 2026). 2. Download the Grok Bot desktop app from the official downloads page (x.ai/bot) and install it. 3. Open it, choose Sign in, and finish signing in in your browser with your Cursor account (create one with your business email if you don't have one). 4. If your access comes from SuperGrok, link it when the app asks (on desktop: Settings → Usage & Billing → Link SuperGrok…). 5. Optional: under the plan/billing screens, decide whether extra on-demand usage is allowed and set a monthly limit you're comfortable with. It's your account and your call.

Step 3: Set your safety switches (2 minutes)

Open Settings → General → Auto-review and add an Ask first rule: "Ask first before sending any email, posting, publishing, or buying anything." Your bots will then stop and ask you before anything goes out.

Step 4: Add each bot from your pack

For each link in your bot pack email: 1. Open the link. You'll see a preview of the bot. 2. Choose Add to Grok Bot. The app opens and shows what's included (instructions, skills, schedules and which apps it uses). 3. Check it matches the description in your email, then choose Add Bot. This makes your own copy on your account. Nobody else gets access to your account, logins or chats. (Adding a shared bot means accepting the provider's third-party bot terms, which you'll see on screen.)

Step 5: Paste the Setup Brief

Open the new bot's chat and paste its Setup Brief from your email as the first message. The bot uses it to learn your business, voice, schedule and what needs your OK.

Step 6: Connect your apps (you sign in, not me)

When a bot asks for an app (Gmail, Outlook, X, etc.), it opens Connect apps. Choose Add, then sign in yourself in your browser. For passwords, codes or CAPTCHAs, the app lets you take control and type them yourself; never paste them into a chat. - Instagram/Facebook/TikTok/YouTube: your Social Poster may prepare a ready-to-schedule batch that you load into the platform's own scheduler (e.g. Meta Business Suite) if there's no direct connection. - eBay: the eBay Lister writes drafts; you publish them in eBay.

Step 7: Try it, then reply "installed"

Ask each bot: "Do a test run and show me the result. Don't send or post anything." When it looks right, reply installed to your bot pack email. Your first check-in comes about a week later.

Cancelling later

Reply "cancel" to any ASi email. Your plan stops at the end of the paid month, and every bot stays on your account.

Stuck?

Reply to any ASi email with the step number and what you see on screen (a screenshot is fine, but cover any personal info). You'll get written help within 1 business day.
